Irisbond – an eye-tracker for various displays from 13" to 22". It uses the "dark pupil" method. Included software allows users to work with texts, emails and web-browsers.

Irisbond Tracker

Irisbond is an eye-tracking system developed by a Spanish company with similar name. This device was created to work in conjunction with any personal computer or laptop with Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8 onboard. It requires one free USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 port. Total weight of the device is 250 grams, while dimensions are 27cm x 3,8cm x 4,3cm, which allows users to work with different models of laptops. Irisbond system requires at least 1 Gb of RAM and a processor with frequency higher than 1.8 GHz.

Irisbond with Notebook

This device works with any display with diagonal from 13 to 22 inches. Optimal working distance between the display and the head of the user is 50-80 centimeters. The distance of 65cm provides working area of 35cm by 25 cm. Default frequency of device is 30Hz. Irisbond uses so-called "dark pupil" principle.

This device is shipped with a set of software, which allows those with limited motor functions to control several computer programs (work with documents, send and receive emails and use web-browsers) with movements of their eyes. It also includes some other programs, which provide such people with means for effective communication, i.e. symbol and picture matrixes.

Irisbond is an optimal solution for home usage. It's a light and compact device, which can be connected to any personal computer or a laptop. Irisbond has really low technical requirements. The provided set of software allows beginning the work almost immediately. This eye-tracker can also be used for paralyzed patients in medical and rehabilitation centers. Easy setting procedure and the selection of specific software will help patients to communicate with rehabilitation expers, doctors and other people, by creating their messages with a virtual keyboard (symbol and picture matrixes).
